This section quantifies the Forward Accrual for the waterfall. It quantifies the cash flows, on a forward basis, required to meet each hurdle rate as specified in the joint venture agreement. In the example being modelled here, Tier 1 IRR is 15.00% and Tier 2 IRR is 20.00%. The Structure of each Tier, i.e. row headings, is as follows:

Tier 1: Tier title for the forward accrual.

BoP Balance: Beginning of period for the project with the paydown to meet the Tier included.

Equity Contribution: This is the total project equity.
